Hellbent is a Green Circle Salon and we take pride in being as sustainable as we can be in the beauty industry.
Our Culture
We are a team based booth rental salon. This means you get to choose your schedule, pricing and color line when you are a stylist here.
At Hellbent we share clients and help each other out when needed. Even though we are a booth rental salon we are a team, not competition.
What We Offer
Stylist Positions -
The salon provides you with luxury product lines on backbar and for your guests to purchase. (Davines, Kevin Murphy and Evo)

Assistant stylists are available to help keep the salon clean and make your busy day run more smoothly.
Exposure on our instagram and website to help build your clientele in the community.
Assistant Positions
At Hellbent we only hire 1-2 assistants at a time. The role is a duel role with being a front desk. Since we are a booth rent salon there is less front desk work but we still expect our assistants to answer the phone and greet guests accordingly.
With being more of a small tight nit salon we like to focus on our assistants one on one and help them grow into a thriving stylist.
Moving up to a stylist position depends on the progress of their work and if a spot is available.
Stylist Positions
At Hellbent we have full time and part time options! Full time being 5-6 days
and part time being 2-3 days.
Typically all of our booths are full, but you never know when something might open up!
We do try to move up within, meaning if an assistant stylist is ready to move onto the floor or a part time stylist is wanting full time, we offer it to them first.
We are always accepting resumes and keep them on file when a spot is available.
